At least three of the six people in the plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer were BLM supporters.

This is fake news, they were far right wing gun nuts, not BLM supporters, your Washington Post link does nothing to support your argument, only says one of them attended a BLM protest like a lot of other right wing nuts that caused riots on purpose to discredit BLM supporters.
Having an obvious political bias doesn't mean they're making things up. Outside of news wires like AP or Reuters which only report the news with no interpretation, most media has some sort of bias.

Except that there is no evidence that they were BLM supporters, only reports that one of them showed up for a protest, lots of non BLM supporters showed up at the protests, many of the rioters were right wing extremists that had nothing to do with BLM, and were actually there to make BLM look bad, this has been documented.

Other link... Same story: (the 'big media' isn't paying attention, most of the findings are the result of people checking out their social media profiles.)

Man accused of hatching plot to kidnap Whitmer is BLM supporter and made comments critical of police

Note that you've slid from

At least three of the six people in the plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer were BLM supporters.
to

Man accused of hatching plot to kidnap Whitmer is BLM supporter ...

Who were the other two people?

More importantly, what, if anything, do you think the story proves?

This is exactly my take as well. I have no use for either side's lunatic fringe.

People also need to dial the importance of their political beliefs down from like an always 11 to like a 3-5. The world doesn't reflect this dichotomy at all, and most people are far more easy going that this. I mean when you met someone new do you go, "Republican or Democrat?" It never has crossed my mind... I have friends on both sides of the spectrum.
You think the spectrum goes from Republican to Democrat? o_O

"Yeah - I like the whole spectrum of colours: everything from violet to indigo!"

For me, I can't count someone as my friend if they're against the basic rights or existence of my other friends... so no Republican can really be my friend.

... and if you do count Republicans as your friends, ask yourself how much of a friend you really are to the Republican Party's enemies, like LGBTQ people, immigrants, or the poor.

To me, this is pretty crazy stuff... Mind you, I am fully aware there is a difference between BLM as in the idea, and some of the manifestations. Anyway, I just posted to share it.

"If you’re keeping book, that now means at least three of the six men indicted by the federal government for the frightening conspiracy to kidnap the governor from her vacation home are avowed anti-Donald Trump anarchists and at least one is a BLM protester. When half the conspirators rolled up by the feds are anarchists, this is what you might call a pattern.

The BLM connection comes from no less than The Washington Post, which buried the lede of its own story by headlining its piece, “Accused leader of plot to kidnap Michigan governor was struggling financially, living in basement storage space,” as if living in a basement was the most surprising thing about the conspirator. Indeed, we can be assured that if one of the conspirators had attended a Trump rally that would have headlined the story." - BLM Supporter Tied to Michigan Gov. Whitmer Kidnapping Plot. These kidnap plotters belong to the Boogaloo movement, who are militant anarchists.

There really is no individual who totally agrees with another individual on what the extent of your rights should be. Everyone has different standards, so who will match all of your ideas point for point? If you say that it doesn't matter regarding some matters, then why? There will surely be some individual who will want more compliance out of people, and those kinds will fill the vacuum. And those kinds are the ones who perhaps want to start dialing their views up to 11, instead the 3 or 4, which is the level where they are more appropriate. Does this person who cannot be your friend have their view dialed up to 11, or are you judging them where their view is at 3 or 4? And by doing so, does your view perhaps start to climb upwards to a 6, 7, or 8? At what point does a position then start to become dogmatic, to want to tell others what to think?

I question the accuracy and integrity of your source. It says according to WaPo “at least one is a BLM protestor”.

Does the WaPo in fact say this? Or was he just at a BLM protest? Is he pro BLM or just anti government? Was he there to protest or there to foment similar civil unrest as kidnapping a governor?

Two of those charged protested Gov Whitmer’s COVID protection orders in April. That was when Trump tweeted “liberate Michigan!” Here’s a photo:

“State authorities arrested seven members of the group, known as the Wolverine Watchmen, and accused them of collecting addresses of police officers in order to target them, threatening to start a civil war “leading to societal collapse” and planning to kidnap the governor and other government officials.
...
The Null brothers both attended a protest against Ms. Whitmer’s coronavirus control measures at the State Capitol in April, and were pictured carrying long guns and wearing protective gear.”

So these anti-government white guys with long guns protesting COVID restrictions ... are they really “BLM protestors” ... or are they anti government nuts, and one of them went to a BLM protest to foment unrest and attack cops?

Something to keep in mind is Ammon Bundy also supports Black Lives Matter. It makes sense too. If you are anti-government, why would you support the police over a group created to protest police brutality?

Hey everybody - I just provided reliable, pertinent information that call into question the "conservative indie media" cited in the OP.

I wonder what the response will be? Maybe "Thanks!" or "I didn't realize I couldn't trust those sources!" or "I guess I was wrong!"

Or ...
