I really am surprized at this - I wouldn't have thought that they needed 'protecting'; certainly not where I live, but that could be because we are so cosmopolitan here; perhaps this is about localized inner city areas where there are 'conclaves' of racial minorities.

I think the 'pagan cum Satanist' bit is a smoke screen for the racist 'bit'.
