I am so bored right now. I just started college today. My first class, that I'm in right now, is BORING. The class actually describes things llike a mouse and keyboard.:sarcastic I hate these required basic 101 classes.:banghead3 Everyone here knows what a printer is don't they? Anyone else forced to do something hideously boring?

I sympathize with you. Some college courses are not worth the time nor the money spent on them.

It is not beyond the whit of man ( this might not include all teachers)To devise a quick test to see who needs basic stuff and who can move on.
I remember we were always being told stuff we already knew at college. we were also taught and tested on stuff we knew was out of date.
Afraid it goes with the package. It is even worse when you have to pay for it.

Hehee, when I went through that class in high school, I'll admit I was one of the ones that barely knew what a keyboard was. I can't imagine having to pay for such a class, though.

Well, I haven't started school yet, so I don't know if it will happen this year, but I definitely know what that's like. I hate sitting in boring classes like that, and I generally get in trouble when I try to entertain myself. Just think of something fun to do. My brother always liked to draw the teacher in weird ways....

Wow. I think I might end up skipping every day of that class except for test days. You would think the college would have let me go without that class, since I've taken, and barely passed, the first semester of Cisco. There reasoning was that isn't related to Microsoft Works/office, with all the databases, spreadsheets, and power points. I wish my high school credit from that class would have transfered over.

Just make sure there isn't a minumum required number of days you have to attend.:tsk:

The teacher and financial aid allows three. Since my dad works at chrysler, and they reimburse the tuition, I just have to have at least a C average. I think I'll take a pillow to next weeks DOS discussion.

I'm going to be going back to school on September 6th I think. I'm finishing up some homework for my Euro History AP class, damn my procrastination.

Back to hell ... I will barely have any freetime when school starts. I decided to keep my job and my classes. Let's see what life can dish out at me.

My schedule:

Wake up
Go to school
1 Hour to eat, shower, and exercise
Work
Homework, projects, studying
Sleep

(Repeat over the course of the next 9 months)

Wish me luck. I will need it.
