We're into the 5th day of the new year now. I'm sure many towels have been thrown in on new year's resolutions; many bad habits resumed.
Thankfully, I never made any such resolutions. I have had no struggle over the last five days with personal urges.
If I had tried to give anything up, it would have been the rotten habit I have of picking at the ends of my hair when I'm stressed. During high anxiety times, I've actually torn off chunks(a few times needing to have a re-style to 'camouflage' it in).
Many bite their nails. Some smoke. My son coughs when he's nervous.
