My youngest is in Florida visiting with his older brother. My husband is up north helping his brother fix his seawall and I am off to see Batman with the middle son. :woohoo:

It's hard to guess who's having a better time! :D

When I think of batman, my mind conjures up memories of the old, old TV series, where I sat wide-eyed in front of our first color tv and watched words go across the screen like, Bam, wham, and ka-boom!!
Cheesy, yea. However, I remember it quite well...lol.

I actually ended up seeing it today and it was worth the $7.50. I may even end up buying it when it comes out on DVD.

"Holy shark repellant, Batman!" Cheesy, yes - and very, very camp! :biglaugh: But I still loved watching it...

Just got back from seeing the new movie, and I loved it. :woohoo: I wasn't too sure originally about Christian Bale as Batman (having only really seen him in period movies), but he was a damn sight better at it than George Clooney...not that that's hard. ;)

And now I must go change my shirt, as I spilled my Coke down it before the movie even started (the chick didn't put the lid on right). Other women only have to worry about coming out of a Batman movie with wet knickers...
