Capricciosa, of course. Artichoke, mozzarella, black olives, mushrooms.

Definitely NOT Domino's Pizza. Perhaps the original thirty minutes or less delivery pizza. I hadn't eaten one for perhaps thirty years and half way across the country. Sadly one bite was all it took. I could tell it was from Domino's.

Chicago deep dish is hands down my favorite, though I do like a good thin crust from time to time.

Best pizza I ever had was from a little joint called Fox Hole Tap in McHenry, IL, a little basement establishment with the best thin crust ever! Unfortunately, I haven't enjoyed it in nearly 30 years. Not even sure if they're still in business.

ETA: I just googled them and they are. Nearly 50 years in business...they must be doing something right.

Huh wow. Here there’s not many independent pizza shops. Pizza Hut and Domino’s are the two main ones.
I don’t mind Domino’s, but I don’t know if their recipe is different than the US like a lot of US based fast food here

Don't know if the pizza is good but I have my doubts, but nonetheless, the packaging is genius :D

The best pizza are said to be from Naples, the home of pizza. And i must admit the few times I've had pizza there, they were really good

But

The best shop bought pizza I've had was from a small pizza shop tucked onto a corner Piazza Navona in Rome. Run by a woman from Naples.

Detroit-style deep-dish made famous by "Buddy's", which is my favorite btw, and it's so much better than Chicago-style deep-dish. :p

I've found considerable variation in quality amongst the various regional varieties that I've tried. Even with one maker, the selection of toppings can make a considerable difference...

That said, Bazbeaux's in Indianapolis makes a mighty fine Mediterranean Vege on thin crust...

Franco Manca does good ones in S London, with properly leavened dough, so they don't cripple you with indigestion. I like the one with anchovies and olives.

The best is California style. Amd a bonus as most joints that have California style also have a personal size pie, amd they're bigger than Pizza Huts personal pan pizza.
The dough is light and cripsy (though I'd prefer a thick dough variant), the toppings fresh (and typically locally sourced), amd the quality of the pizza is phenomenal.

Margherita. simplicity has value per se. My next close second is Calabrese.

Strangely, I had my best Margherita ever, not in Italy, but in Helsinki, Finland. And the pizzaiolo was not looking Italian at all. he was looking like a true Viking. Go figure.
