Namaste Sirona
What you have here is a modern day version summarizing virtues of KRshNa bhajan (most likely put together by ISKCON devotees) based on the original "bhajo GaurAngo kaho GaurAngo" ... by Krishna Das Kaviraj Goswami.
So first, about this song, whiich is in Hindi:
Sing, meditate on (bhajo) and chant (japo) holy names of Shri KRshNa. Take the name of Shri Hari [le Shri Hari kA nAma re] (Shri Hari is the famous VishNu avatAr known to respond to Gajendra-in-crisis in less than a flash of a second moment (you may have seen the painting of Gajendra-Moksha - BhAgvatam Canto 8).
'Cause when you do so, all names of this world will be useful to you [jag ke sAre nAm aye tere kAm re]. It means If you make the holy names of KRshNa, Hari the center of your life, everyone (every name) will be your friend / favorable/ helpful.... OR no matter what you do, it will be useful, meaningful to you and others .

LYRICS (Language: Bengali)
bhajo gaurAngo kaho gaurAngo leha gaurAngera nAma re
jei jan gaurAnga bhaje, sei hoy amAra prANa re ||
Meaning: Meditate/think of/worship GaurAnga (Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the fair one). say (kaho) GaurAng's name, take (laho) GaurAnga's name.
Those who do so are my life, heart and soul i.e. are very dear to me.
gaurango boliya du bAhu tuliya
nachiya nachiya berao re
Approx. meaning: Pronouncing , saying and singing GaurAnga GaurAnga is very potent , you will start dancing automatically, both hands (du bAhu) raised in the air, forgetting the world. (It means Mahaprabhu's specialty was prolonged dancing sankirtan (group kirtan), hence bestows that grace on the devotees and followers.)
gaurango bhajile gaurango jopile hoy
dukhyero aboshaN re
Meaning: Worshiping (bhajile) GaurAnga and chanting (japile) GaurAnga's name, are the true ornaments (abhushaN) of a sorrowful person / a person who finds no joy in the material world / anyone feeling separation from KRishNa.
