Hmm, on the face of it this looks as if someone may have spliced together bits and pieces, to fabricate a piece of gibberish. And we do know the Trump campaign does this sort of thing. They've been caught out doing it by Twitter, for example.
Can you provide a version of this speech from a reputable source, please? I am sure that if Biden really did make a speech that was as incoherent as this, it would be reported reasonably widely, as newsworthy.

Well, Biden's the Democrat's premo nominee although I ought not complain too much considering it pretty much sums up the party's present mentality quite well. After all, Biden is the chosen voice of the left. Strangely befitting when all is said and done and definitely deserving as a representative for the Democrat side of things.
You know, I took Trump as my favorite stick of dynamite but now, I'm really liking the choice the left has made. Trump might be dynamite, but Biden is the neutron bomb that might be just what the country needs right now in a very bad way.

GW Bush might have appeared dyslexic on camera, but he could at the very least string sentences together into a logical whole (or rather, he had competent people write his speeches and actually stuck to them).
Trump's speeches have more in common with pro wrestling promos than political rhetoric.

Thats fine. Its going to be a win win situation either way because people might finally realize that this 2 party monopoly cannot continue going down the path that it is in light of the caliber of the chosen nominees of whom are expected to lead this country.

I think it is a problem. And as others have said...against another opponent...someone other than Trump, this kind of meandering halting speech would be of grave concern. But then I hear how Trump goes on when he's ad libbing. It's not much different. So, as far as intelligibility in their speech, it's a wash. So, I'll vote based on something else and so will you.
As usual, watch the thread become about Trump.
On NPR the other day, Uncle Joe talked about
replacing "iridescent" light bulbs. He sure knows
technology.
