You're absolutely correct. "They," the Republicans, refuse to work with the Dems, and if the VP was GOP, like I said, nothing would be accomplished.
Neither is he not supporting Harris. Did you not notice that?
A number of Democrats want there to be at least some competition, rather than an annointing, and that's fair -- it's what one should expect in a democracy. And Harris herself says that she intends to "earn this nomination," something you apparently didn't notice.
But reality must be considered -- as of tomorrow, there will be only 106 days until the election. That makes it at least a tiny bit impractical to have 4 or 5 months worth of primaries, don't you think?
And anybody who's judging her on her race(s) is a ---- what's the right word, exactly?
She is those things. That happens since Loving v Virginia was tossed. It is (no doubt you'll be surprised or appalled) no longer illegal for people of different races to marry and have children.

I'm sure in your world she essentially checks off almost all the race boxes on the census form.
She's a race chameleon and changes her colors/ethnicity to fit whatever agenda suitable at any givin time. She is clearly a self serving opportunist and that's pretty much the reality of that and race is one of the tools she uses as an end to a means to suit her.

She's more of a mutt to me, and I can say that because I myself am a mutt as well , but I only check one race and ethnicity on the census form the government sends me.
