You beat me to it. According to Associated Press he has won in Pennsylvania. I am not yet clear on how that was determined, but AP is very reputable.

"The race was closer than preelection polls had suggested" Understate much, AP? It wasn't just close. This was annoyingly close. This was like if a man shaves three times in a row so that his face is a mass of stings. This race was so close that my hand is permanently clinched in a mouse shape.

If nothing else we can expect a return to civil dialogue, which is much, much needed. That is really the main problem I have with dumpster. Policy disagreements are fair enough, but behaving like an internet troll against the very people you are supposed to represent is... nope. It's just a nope.
