Well in contrast to the 'crybaby' behavior over the BLM riots that took over government infrastructure, Marxist symbolism, Marxist leaders, and the excuses for five finger discounts, I'd say this country is as far right as its far left.

America is plummeting steadily down the freedom index at an alarming rate, and neither party is doing anything effectively enough to stop it, so weither its fascism or communism, the end result is the same.

We, meaning my country are definitely heading in those directions that begs the question as to which political end goal will arrive there first?

Both parties are on a road to authoritarianism and possibly totalitarian and that's where my opinion stands.

However the military might be called in if an uprising or riot occured. the organisers and instigators would fall foul of the law, whoever they were.
Politics does not come into it.

Trump has done it once, and has been seen doing it. He may well be prosecuted for it.

It's not so bad if the president passes marines going through the door , but to have marines in the background as visible props while delivering an address attacking political opponents is unheard of.

Exceptions made in cases directed to other soldiers in a military setting not involving political accusations, for which in this instance its not.
