Biden's new inflation spokesman

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
There was no ad hominem. The Keystone nonsense has been refuted a thousand times. When you keep using old failed arguments you are going to be called out on it. You might as well be arguing that the Earth is flat.
Well, explain why then its 'refuted'?

Only the Party that controls the House of Representatives is responsible for any deficit. The Constitution is clear on that in Article I. The Party that controlled the House during these deficits was the Democrats. President Biden is the leader of the Democrat Party right now. He shares the onus because of that. Maybe if you understood basic U.S. Civics you would know this.

Nope, it does not work that way. The President has the ability to veto. That is why we have a President in the first place. I am not the one that slept through US Civics. If you had read the Constitution you would know of a President's veto power too.

I know, Trump was horrible so you have to try to pass the buck. We understand.

I have done it too many times, but here is quick one for you. No sources since you won't do your homework in supporting your incredibly ignorant claim:

Two thirds of the sort of crude that we already get from other routes from Canada is exported. The Keystone pipeline would merely be another way to get that oil here. It would make shipping more profitable. At full capacity, and pipelines do not work run 24/7 at full capacity, it would have transported an amount of oil that is 4% of our daily usage. But since two thirds of that is exported that would be a shade over 1% of our daily usage. And then the ultimate killer is that that oil would not be given to us free. It would be delivered at international market rates.

So now your turn. How is 1% of our daily supply of oil delivered at market rates, going to make any difference at all at the pumps?

I do get tired of the supporters of Trump playing "heads I win, tails you lose".

There are two houses of Congress. The House of Representatives, which was held by the Democrats for the last half of trump's reign, and the Senate, which the Republicans held the entire time. How is it possibly the Democrats fault when it came to spending when they only had the House? For part of the time;

Please let us realize we need to inflate our way out of massive debt in order to help fund all the social wellness spending and Green New Deal spending of our liking for achieving equitable wealth distribution as well as for clean renewable energy sustainability!

I'm confident most everybody would rather have 40-year-high inflation for a little while instead of catastrophic global warming 12 years from now collapsing world civilization.

I am still waiting for your explanation of how the Keystone Pipeline would have made a difference in anything.

Or were you just Flat Earthing it? You know when a Flat Earther mentions an obviously pointless claim as if it were a mic drop:

"Water seeks its own level."
