My point about stopping NewsBot abuse could well be generalized. Out of curiosity: is there any perceived value in this landfill of posts beyond increasing your post count?

Whoa! Calm down, guys! Deut, he's posting news; perhaps because he is interested in the discussion of said news, or perhaps because he'd just like some other people to know it.

Orichalcum, despite how grated you may feel at the comment of another member, there is no reason to respond in kind, be it percieved or real.
