The first clue to the veracity of this site was an ad.

Google is pretty savvy when it comes to knowing the kind of people that visit sites. Google put up a sponsored ad from a company selling ghost hunting equipment.

But, I still took the bait and opened one of the PDF files. It was about 40 words which said nothing much about anything.

I usually avoid the Woo, but ...I'm also wary of anybody that presents something to me as " disclosed truth ", since I'm well aware of how misdirection works

All the files are formerly classified government documents that have been released after Freedom of Information Act requests, not just about UFOs, but about all sorts of secret government activities. Most of them are examples of why most government classification is irrelevant: the documents contain little if any 'secret' or classified information, and likely should not have been classified in the first place.
