We should pass national laws to ensure black people can be proportionately represented in jobs, house ownership, business ownership, capital enterprises etc.

I'm actually not a fan of proportional representation. It enshrines a division that should go away. I am a total fan of equal opportunity as long as it is truly equal.

How does this work?

Who counts as black? How would you define this legally?

Would you ban white and Asian entrepreneurs from starting businesses or make them sell their existing ones?
