I only just now found out that he died back in April.
From "The Long Good Friday" to "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", he's one of me favorite tough guys.

I was just about to say, "didn't he die quite a while back?".

Either way, wonderful actor. May he R.I.P.

Also played the band's manager in Pink Floyd's "The Wall" movie.
Oh, and Mario from the infamous "Super Mario Bros." movie.

What Super Mario Bros movie? You must be mistaken. Everyone involved in the filming & production of that died mysteriously in a massive turtle-related firebombing. If only they'd finished it, it could've been great..

Aww he also played a teddy bear on the children's UK series the Forgotten Toys. I grew up watching and loving that curmudgeonly, cockney sounding angry bear. (Who Framed Roger Rabbit as well, obviously.)

May he RIP.
