Do you find yourself bored a lot?

Yeah I find myself bored a lot. Yet whenever I have homework to do I can always find something to occupy myself with for some strange reason.

Trying to solve this by getting more interests and experimenting with new hobbies.

Bored is a self-induced feeling based on lack of activity. Only one person can make you bored and that is you. If you have interest activities or pursuits and you are not doing them in lew of bordrom than you have substituted boredrom for those pursuits. Boredrom is a conscious activity that is in lew of another more favorable activity.

I spend too much time at work....I allow myself to be bored for money.....I guess that makes me a bore-whore

Sometimes, and it's always because I'm not doing something I need to be doing. IOW, I'm procrastinating again, so I have little excuse to be bored lol.

I have a lot of flexibility on my sales job, so there is no boredom there. I can always find something to do. I love extremely difficult crossword puzzles. I can go for a walk, shop, get out my art supplies, play musical instruments, go beach combing or rock hunting. Let us not forget the self broadening experience of RF.

With so much I want to do, with as many experiences as I want to encompass, I find myself time constricted.

Never...I will not live long enough to read all the books I want to read, learn how to do all the things I want to learn and see all the places I want to see. My boys learned very young that the word "bored" wasn't allowed in our house. If they couldn't find something to do that interested them, we could find something for them to do so they wouldn't have time to contemplate being bored.

When I get bored, I spread jelly on my chest and let my dog lick it off. Cures the boredom.

Yes, but since I find purpose in the smallest things now. I'm not too bored anymore.

I use to find myself bored where I tend to over work. I tend to go to work when I don't have to just to find something to do. Then I got the best present a husband can get for her wife. A 3 months subscription to Gold's Gym. I

every day for an hour or so. I like to either wake up and go to the gym or go after work. I either go with a friend or go by myself. I never thought about joining until carrdero gave it to me for a gift. i would have put off exercising for a long long time. Probably would not have joined if he didn't give it as a present. When I have a spare time, I go on RF. I haven't been on for a while due to being computerless, but I stop in once in a while. When I am not on line, I am

I do sometimes but now i have Killzone and The Bard's Tale for PS2 so i'm having hours of fun killing evil nazis from the future and being a jackalope to well endowed bar maids!:woohoo:

Never! I think that if you are bored then you are a boring person (And I'm not saying that you all are boring people!) I just think that if you can't occupy yourself then you probably can't do it to other people either.

I messed up my back in the gym a little while back....I haven't been able to do much since....I think that explains my boredome
