Boxes of missing emails from the critical time when Hilary set up her servers

Didn't Nixon get ridiculed for minutes of missing taped discussion?
And now, on top of other lost or destroyed data devises, two large bins of emails critical to the time under scrutiny.

"
In the documents provided by Kendall’s law firm, the witness told the FBI they were “unable to locate any of her emails from January-April 2009.” This timeframe is crucial as it covers the start of Clinton’s term as secretary of state and when she set up a private server for all government business, in turn skirting public records laws.

In the same Aug. 18, 2015, interview, on page 42, the State Department witness also told the FBI there was a deliberate effort to change sensitive Clinton emails bearing the “B(1)” code -- used in the Freedom of Information Act review process to identify classified information -- to the category of “B-5.” That category covers Executive Branch deliberations, “interagency or intra-agency communications including attorney client privileges,” and makes material exempt from public release. It's a trend... it's not one missing item... it's a trend
And sadly HIllary has not been a positive influence on the FBI being squeeky clean and politically unbiased

Unbound
um....
How many boxes?
And what are the box sizes?

Were the e-mails folded neatly or tossed haphazardly?

OK, to determine if something's a crime, we are concerned with a number of items.

  • What was the damage? In this case there appears to be none. Unlike the CIA, the FBI, the Army and even the Navy, her servers were never hacked. They say she was "sloppy", but she succeeded where the others have failed.
  • Was the motive nefarious or benign? In this case, she clearly was simply trying to do her job efficiently.
  • Follow the money. This is an extension of motive, but there was no way for Clinton to profit from this.

It's no wonder the FBI declined to recommend pressing charges. Oh, I get this is inconvenient for the rabid white wing who wants to find something, ANYTHING to eviscerate Clinton. This ain't it. Get over it. It's nothing but FUDDD: Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt, Distortion and Defamation.

Didn't you just start at least one thread to do the same thing to Trump?

To decry this endless political animosity, & then to contribute to it is odd.

I cited a trend of attack ads... I didn't say anything in particular negative about Trump. But then you find fault with anything I write. I'm used to your ceaseless stalking.
Not negative, eh?
Color me skeptical.
Btw, it's not personal.
And I stalk everyone here.
Just treat my avatar as a trigger warning.
Booowahahahahahahahhhhah hahahahahhh, etc!

I actually think it's funny. What do you do when your national candidate is more like a mill stone around your neck instead of a life line? What's even worse is that many Democrats are positioning themselves as someone who will fight Trump. There's a far better chance that the Democrats might take the Senate, the House and the White House. What will the Republicans do then??? There will be some huge fall out... there already is. A number of White Wind pundits have left the GOP or have become very, very quiet as of late. This could very well be the beginning of the end of the GOP. Time will tell.
Color me skeptical.
Or revolting. :D
Btw, it's not personal.
Don't kid yourself, it's always personal. Just because you aren't sensitive to that, doesn't make it less true.
And I stalk everyone here.
You could always seek professional help.

How does one know what emails are missing if the server that contained them is destroyed?

If the emails are missing, find them on the other server. Derp

How does one know what emails are missing if the server that contained them is destroyed? Search every server in the U.S.? Think you could get a warrant to do so?
Want to reconsider you statement maybe before you determine something is foolishness or stupidity just in case it gets turned back on you?
