...I think. I just got done playing in front of a crowd (guitar/singing) and I got no response at all.

I would have felt better if someone would have thrown a bear bottle at me.

Granted, everybody else who performed today got the same response (it's at an outdoor fest so everybodies milling around, can't really call it an audience) except for this Raggae band (they were pretty good).

I felt like shouting, "Hey! I'm up here making a fool of myself! The least you could do is heckle me!"

Anyway, I'm back on in 10 mins. Wish me luck.

With my job, I do a lot of instructing and I find that sometimes my classes are dead. They just kind of stare at me...with these deer in the headlight looks.

But more often than not, they're still absorbing what I'm saying.

I'm sure you're doing great! If you haven't already posted some of your guitar playing/singing on RF...I'd love to hear it! Please, share! I promise to heckle you if I don't like it.
