Nothing wrong with it as long as they don't in the process degrade the quality of life and hinder people's ability to put food on the table, and keep a roof over their heads not having to live paycheck to paycheck worried that anything can render them insolvent in an instant.

Well it's my wish that other people are awesome and create an awesome environment.
I know that scenario is unrealistic because as a species we are not exactly the image of continuity, but to some degree I think it can be accomplished.
If we can optimize our species we deserve to spread through the Universe and tap higher power.

That would require practical and tangible solutions. You go with what actually works and discard what doesn't work.
