Butchering national anthems?

A Bosnian artist named Zoka recently released a song that has deeply upset a lot of people.

The music for the song is the national anthem of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the lyrics are a drunken rant about everything from sports teams to women, sung in a style that's meant to sound drunken and funny.

I, for one, am not amused. How could anyone do this to our beautiful hymn?

I'd think it was tacky. I'm not sure I'd bother to be insulted. More likely, just mildly disgusted.
