Bye bye Miss American Pie, hello Lucifer and 666’s US Supreme Court

I woke up about 1:30 a.m. today, convinced the 6 Republicans on the US Supreme Court have destroyed America.

Even if Donald Trump drops dead of a medical event today, America is screwed because he turned the US Supreme Court into a right wing Christian religious sect that will be around a lot longer than Trump and Joe Biden.

Thanks to Trump, If Biden somehow wins the election in November, there will be civil war, so the best worst scenario is for Trump to drop dead of a medical event before the November election. That will look like an Act of God to sensible people, although Trump’s base will twist it to look like murder, so they can make him a martyr.

Let me back up and start over.

The 6 Republican religious freaks on the US Supreme Court made the insane ruling that each state can decide its own abortion policy, which ignored herbal abortion was common in Colonial America, evidenced by Benjamin Franklin discussed and promoted herbal abortion in his book, The American Instructor.

The 6 Republican religious freaks on the US Supreme Court ignored the beginning of Colonial America’s Declaration of Independence, which acknowledges unalienable rights provided by Nature and Nature’s God:

The 6 Republican religious freaks on the US Supreme Court ignored Amendment 14's requirement that each American citizen, regardless of gender or ethics origin, shall have equal protection of the laws.

The 6 Republican religious freaks on the US Supreme Court ruled a U.S. president cannot be prosecuted for his "official acts", even if they violate the US Constitution he swore this oath to uphold:

From Reuters, July 1, 2024:

Accordingly, this old lawyer, who clerked for a US District Judge that presided over every federal criminal prosecution in north Alabama, sees no point in him writing further about American politics, other than he will say what is happening in America's political/religious right is very similar to what happened in Germany leading up to World War II.

Few people know Adolph Hitler and his inner circle were infiltrated by a demonic entity, which enhanced and enabled them to be more powerful and persuasive, which led to the German masses, in the main, also being infiltrated by that demonic entity.

Although I was trained by angels known in the Bible to recognize that phenomenon, a chilling book was written about how that went down in Germany: The Spear of Destiny, by Trevor Ravenscroft. People actually walking with God will appreciate that book.

People actually walking with God see the same thing progressing in Donald Trump and his political/religious base.

People walking with Lucifer and 666 do not see what God wants them to see.

People walking with God see something similar happening in Joe Biden and his political/religious base, but it is not as far along as it is in Donald Trump and his base.

For example, all 9 US Supreme Court Justices ruled Amendment 14, Section 3 cannot be used to disqualify Donald Trump, or any subsequent US president, from being on the ballot.

Presidential Oath of Office:

So, you're suggesting that a broader brush imposition of federal government should subject all 50, as opposed to each state having greater control by their representatives as (the people of) determining the policies they adopt as residents in their respective states. Truth is, unless the States have greater control, federal government could over impose on everyone. Trump and Biden or any other elected Chief represent the larger populations, so I prefer greater control per State, determined by its own majority.

I think Biden should do it. Not because I want to see the Constitution trampled on, but because it already has been trampled on by the Supreme Court, and taking this kind of action would FORCE CORRECT it. Use their own corrupt stupidity against them.

If President Biden declared Clarance Thomas and Samuel Alito unfit to sit on the Supreme Court because they have taken bribes, who could stop him? They have themselves determined that he cannot be held legally responsible for anything he does as an acting president.
Biden can say all he want’s about those two wing nuts and it would not change anything, they are appointed for life and there is nothing any president can do about it, nor is there much anyone else can do about it, because the only way to remove a Supreme Court justice is by impeachment in Congress, and good darn luck there.

Except the latest and greatest ruling by SCOTUS gives Biden the immunity to have them assassinated as an official act...

Only because Biden is a decent person. Put Trump on the throne, and your response would be laughable.
Decent Joe gave Israel the money and weapons to kill maim, displace and starve a heap of unarmed people in Gaza. I say that make him a war criminal, and he should be hanged for it, like what happened to the Nazii after WW II. I say Turmp should be hanged for the January 6 failed bop attempt, like they hanged people for treason in the old days.

Well that’s a very different matter than just calling them names, but Biden himself cannot prosecute them, and would federal law enforcement carry out Biden’s order to arrest them? And would the US Attorney General and the US Department of Justice prosecute them?

Lol, you want both Biden and Trump executed. I suppose that's fair at least.

Amendment 14 gives every American citizen equal protection under the laws, but if each state gets to say what its law is on abortion, adios equal protection under those laws. The Supreme Court should have taken the time to study American history and learn that Colonial women knew about and used herbs to regulate and terminate their pregnancies, and Ben Franklin wrote about that and encouraged it in his book, The American Instructor, and from that context, the God fearing Supreme Court should have ruled, since God or Nature made those herbs, and Colonial women were using those herbs, it was part of what they did as women,as it was their bodies they put the herbs in, then Colonial women had a unalienable right to use those herbs, and who was the Supreme Court to interfere?

We're all nuts.
In God’s eyes, we’re all crazy. I live in Birmingham, Alabama, and I deal with the right and the left ongoing, and if the definition of inanity is not being iin touch with reality ... But the Biden and the Democrats don’t remind me of Adolph Hitler and Germany leading up to WW II- at least not yet.

I'm for state majority and greater State control because it better represents the people who live in those states. Abortion issue aside, there are other issues that should be left up to State legislature. This one isn't my battle but many of the other issues are.

Abortion is a universal issue, an now each state can pass it’s own abortion laws, which mocks Amendment 14, 1 equal protection under the laws.

3 years ago, I'm released from the detention center with specific court orders. One of which involved life skills testing and another a psychological evaluation. The test itself stumped me based on how it worded the issue of abortion, requiring it answered as a religious issue just prior to actual test, which I disagreed with.

It's a woman's issue. If I didn't complete the testing, I was facing 180 days in jail. I called a lawyer over this one, but decided it was in my best interest to go ahead and finish the testing. I also contacted the developers of that life skills test. To make a long story short, I finished the test according to my court orders and passed with a 98. This all took place just prior to the roe vs. wade abortion issue return to the SC and its decision. Current affairs typically helps hone intuition, and the test happened to spring up a red flag. Beyond this, I have nothing to add.

It's not my battle, but states need greater control.
