You confuse me Ori; the thread title and your question are different. It is as though you define love as trusting in others, and I had never thought of trust as being an integral part of loving....I guess you have a point, though.

Certainly, I believe that you cannot love others unless you love yourself - perhaps because we can only feel love when we are in a 'state of loving' ourselves, if that makes sense.:)
