I am not sure, humans today may be less open to listen than what they were in Jesu time.Can God still talk to us in our dreams like in 1 Samuel 28:6?
And didn't the verse you linked say God did not answer Samuel ?

Can it be that God keep silent if a person tries to hard to get a audible answer from God too? Be it in dreams or in woken situations?Yeah it did.Because Saul was backsliding

That's not to say that every dream is from God.

Mind you, I’m not arguing for or against the proposition that G-d can speak to humans via dreams, I’m simply pointing out that the text you’ve asked about really doesn’t address the issue.Can God still talk to us in our dreams like in 1 Samuel 28:6?

Of course they must be in dreams, or in people's heads, because there is no real actual God that ever talks in real life.

No, it wouldn't be prudent.
I think we need to be very close to God to experience that.
I might have come close when I was younger, but can never be sure.
I wouldn't want to say too much, other than I thought I saw a prophet of God in a dream. It was very exhilarating.
Nothing was said, mind you.

I believe God can speak through dreams if he wants. In general, I wouldn't take dreams too seriously. I believe it is good to take the Bible seriously.
