I don't think it's out of context at all. He obviously let out a truth of the present administration that confirms what everyone already knows. The Biden Harris administration has weaponized the legal system against its opponents.

This is what Trump wants to do and says it almost every day. "The enemies within" - Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff ...
It's just another Trump/MAGA projection to add to the looooong list.

Biden didn't convict Trump on 34 felony counts. That was a jury.
Biden didn't find Trump civilly liable for sexual assault and defamation. A jury did.
Biden didn't force Trump to foment an insurrection and concoct a scheme to overturn the results of the election. Trump did that. And he and his 18 co-conspirators (never minding the ones who have already flipped and made plea deals - do innocent people do that??) will rightly face trial for it.
And that's after Grand Juries decided there was enough evidence to move forward with the cases in the first place. Those Grand juries weren't made up of Joe Bidens.

Trump is being prosecuted for the crimes he has actually committed throughout his entire life. That's how it's supposed to work.

Investigations are being done by the appropriate agencies, thus far however there is no indication that any of the attackers have held any "left wing" affiliations or even leanings. It appears that they have been people who have been potentiated by the increased animosity against others.

That could have happened. I do not know for sure. But last weekend after meeting a Republican that believed the Republican conspiracy nonsense I met a Democrat that believe the conspiracy theories about how Trump was never shot.
