I stumbled upon this organization a week or so ago and was very intrigued at what they are doing.

This is an organization that promotes the knowledge of Religious-Based Conflict which is plagueing our world today.

Please go to their site and tell me what you think.

They have also agreed to bilateral linking with us here at ReligiousForums.Com which is a great achievement for us and great asset to them.

Good afternoon, Rex_Admin.

From its link to the Middle East ...

History reveals that this conflict among these Semite neighbors in the Middle East has had at its heart the overemphasis of religious differences between Islam and Judaism.
This is easily one of the most banal statements I have ever read. I see nothing to suggest that the site as a whole in much better. Sorry.

Have you seen ReligiousTolerance.org? It is fairly well known.

They are not the same kind of organization. I love religioustolerance.org and they also have us linked, so don't get me wrong they are great.

But I wouldn't take 1 line which you have interpreted your way and discredit what this group is trying to do.

Try and look at the big picture.

I liked what I saw and think it is a very important cause. Being an interfaith minister, that is my life's work.

That's a curious formulation, Rex_Admin. The sentence does not easily lend itself to more than one interpretation. At issue is not some interpretation of the sentence but, rather, an evaluation of its accuracy.

Can you not see a distinction between criticizing someone's efforts and "discrediting" someone's intention? There is neither evidence nor indication that I am seeking to "discredit" anyone. Such a claim is simply outrageous.

I was intereseted in the site. However, the Christian cannot stay quiet about his/her faith, and his/her God. When Jesus came into the world He came bringing with Him a two edged sword, mercy and judgement. There are only two ways to live, with God or against God. Thus the conflict.
