Check Kiting - Why is it illegal?

Check kiting, for those of you who don't know, goes liek this. A guy deposits $10 into bank account A and $10 into bank account B. He then writes a check from A for 10 and deposits it into B. Before the check clears, he writes a check from B for 20 and deposits it into A, and then a check for 30 from A and deposits it into B. But once all the check clears, shouldn't everything just equal back out to $10 in both accounts, and him just have a couple bounced checks?

The whole Idea is to do it with larger sums in many accounts then draw cash fom the largest and run like hell.
They always get caught and it is called fraud.

Banks do not take risks with their money.
There are more laws about money than enything else.The banks see to it.

You might do it once for kicks.
If it worked you would try it for real.
