But I was going to suggest a simpler answer:

Romans 9:21 - "Has not the potter power over the clay,"

Psalm 2:9 - "You shall break them with a rod of iron; you shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel."

Isaiah 30:14 - "And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters' vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found among the fragments of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to dip water out of the cistern."

That is, God doesn't need to justify what he does to the clay; and He doesn't need to follow any moral code or guideline as regarding the administration of justice on the day of judgement.

Rather than follow rules that He himself instituted, it is within His right to destroy whomever he choose, and destroy as many people as He would on the last day of judgement. (Revelation 20:15).

Edit > The potter doesn't need to justify himself in front of the vessel He created; and God doesn't need to justify what He does in front of the creation. Rather than justification, God will have power to destroy whomever He choose, and as many people as He will on the last day of judgement.

I do not think Christ will judge alone. Acts 10:42 and John 5:22 do not specifically state He will be the "only" one doing the judging. He's going to share/delegate the responsibility:

1Co 6:2-3 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters 3 Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?

Psa_149:5-9 Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. 6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, 7 To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; 8 To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the LORD!​

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.​

The plural Greek term for "books" is "biblion". Which I believe is a reference to the books/scrolls of the Bible.

I do not think Christ will judge alone. Acts 10:42 and John 5:22 do not specifically state He will be the "only" one doing the judging. He's going to share/delegate the responsibility:

Right. But to "share/delegate the responsibility" does not negate that Jesus would still be the supreme judge and commander-in-chief in the coming War of Armageddon. (Revelation 19:14).

As such, Jesus will have authority to overrule any judge with whom he disagrees on the day of judgement. (Revelation 3:21).

Christ will have the final say in regards to who will go to heaven, and who will not on the day of judgement.

Perhaps you would like certain individuals to be spared at the last judgement?

However, Christ would still have authority to overrule your judgement if he is resolved to destroy such individuals on the day of judgement. (Revelation 3:21; Matthew 19:28; and Revelation 20:4).

For the Son has no free will to judge, except for God's will; as God has preordained every event from the foundation of the world: thereby, the past, present, and future is a continuum which is set in stone; and one's sense of movement is nothing more than illusion, and no different to a motion picture which comprises inumerable still pictures.

Consequently, certain individuals are preordained to be destroyed on the day of judgement, which is part of God's plan when He created the universe:-

Isaiah 46:11 - I have spoken, and I will bring it to pass; I have purposed, and I will do it.

Luke 22:42 - ‘Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.’

John 5:30 - By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.

Revelation 13:8 - All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast – all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.

Has Jesus not already spoken? Is it not what Jesus SPOKE that judges? Honor ALL his words, it leads to life. Toss in some lies and you make leavened bread which is NOT Jesus Christ.

Jesus said to them, "Very truly I tell you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. John 6:32

The eating of the true bread is life. The eating of men's leavened bread is judgement.

Jesus does not come to execute anyone. The judgement is the pit that the blind are leading the blind to. God didn't make the pit. Jesus didn't make it. I didn't make it.
