Christians: How would you react if atheists were the only ones raptured?

Well, it would be a serious WTF moment.
Probably come up with some kind of scientific explanation in the same way that many atheists would if all the Christians went.

Or I could say that finally God had decided to punish the non-believers, and so poofed off all the atheists.

It's occurred to me before that, IMO, the Christian image of Heaven is so diametrically opposed to the virtues that Jesus preached that the only way I can make sense of it is as a test: you show yourself worthy of the "real" Heaven by rejecting the Bible's depiction of Heaven and Hell as unjust.

My explanation would be that someone taught all the Christians to ignore the Rapture as a fairy tale but the atheists just accepted what was prima facie.

I would think we got gypped.

Needless to say this is a highly unlikely scenario. I wouldn't be surprised if some Christians didn't make it and if a few athists did make it. However they would cease being athiests. As they say there aren't any athists in foxholes.
