I am basing my opinion on the historical evidence. Not on religious dogma.

The Jews didn't have Jesus put to death. That is ridiculous. Regardless of what an evangelical tract written decades after the event might say. The Jews at the time did not give orders to the Romans
You seem genuinely ignorant of a number of facts in the Bible. The Sanhedrin put Jesus on trial for their own reasons, found him guilty and sentenced Jesus to death BUT, under Roman occupation the Jews were not allowed to carry out the death penalty, so they had to go to Pilate. Pilate didn't find Jesus guilty but was a coward, he put the matter before the crowd then present in Jerusalem as it was the custom to release 1 prisoner for Passover. The crowd chose another, and the Romans put Jesus to death.

Where is the Bible clear that a baby human isn't a human?

Where is the Bible clear that a baby human isn't a person? would have been a better question. Various areas, and we are talking about babies, right? For example Leviticus 27 6 puts no value on a babies life until it is at least a month old.

If a fetus was considered a person, killing one would be seen as murder with the penalty of death, which these verses obviously suggest otherwise.
Dang it, was he conflating fetuses and embryos with babies again? Oh well, even an actual baby was not valued for the first month of its life in the Bible. Though its parents would probably disagree.

LoL! The same people who know that life began 4 billion years ago and evolved into humans from some sort of abiogenesis orgy can't figure out that a fetus is a human! LMFAO!

We were talking about babies, or are you acknowledging your earlier error. The verse I sited implies that babies under a month old are not persons.
There was no error, your Biblical quotes didn't say ANYTHING about babies not being persons or human.

Stephen might disagree.
Oh, so NOW you do take the scriptures as historically accurate?

Jesus’ Trial before Pilate

28 Jesus’ trial before Caiaphas ended in the early hours of the morning. Then he was taken to the headquarters of the Roman governor. His accusers didn’t go inside because it would defile them, and they wouldn’t be allowed to celebrate the Passover. 29 So Pilate, the governor, went out to them and asked, “What is your charge against this man?”

30 “We wouldn’t have handed him over to you if he weren’t a criminal!” they retorted.

31 “Then take him away and judge him by your own law,” Pilate told them.

“Only the Romans are permitted to execute someone,” the Jewish leaders replied. 32
