Colorado?

The judge ruling the case said Trump engaged in insurrection, but could not be kicked off due to the vague language of the amendment. It's been appealed. I suspect they judge did not want to be the only one to rule against Trump and face death threats, so passed it on to the appeals court. It won't matter if Trump is kicked off states that he wouldn't win. The only states that matter for the presidential election are 4-5 swing states.

You can almost smell the fear and desperation of the anti-Trumpers.
It's nothing personal. I just don't think felons should be president. Yes I know, technically he's innocent until proven guilty, but I wish there was OTB because I'd like to place a bet :)

But we can see with our own eyes the depravity of the pro-Trumpers. His heros, after all, are Kim Jong-Un, Victor Orban and Vladimir Putin -- the models for the leaders you appear to hope will soon run the United States.

I can't help but wonder how much you will enjoy living under such a regime....but I suspect a least a modicum of regret. :cryingcat:

Could Colorado kick him off of their ballot? Probably. But it won't stop there. If those that want to kick him off win Trump will appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court. Then it will be up to our current USSC to make a decision and lately they have shunned their duty as a court of the Constitution. It has become a political court, and that looks bad for those wanting to apply the 14th Amendment.

But, if justice does prevail, Trump would then be banned from all ballots.

Wake up! Stop swallowing the propaganda and think. George Orwell was writing about your "team".
