I really don't think that Jesus would be the driver for a drug deal but he did show love for everyone including for those who tried to jack his stash.

Is it offensive? Ehh...
Even if it was, All I'd have to do is just not watch it.

I think Christians should just take it on the chin.
Accept it and leave it alone.

Personally, I think its rather funny, but it is somewhat offensive given how they are depicting Jesus. It caused trouble with many Christian activists and they fought hard to keep it off the air. The justification Adult Swim used to Air it was rubbish, but of course its Adult Swim were talking about xP Youtube it lol

I did watch the trailer, To be honest.. It doesn't even look that good.
But to each their own I guess.

Comedy will always be offensive to someone, somewhere.. Most depictions of Jesus are somewhat offensive to me. I've vindicated and accepted them all for what they are

Aye, they have vicious parodies of so many things.
Sometimes they rise to greatness, eg, Boondocks, The Venture Brothers.
We shall see how Black Jesus turns out.

I know what you mean, I feel the same way. Offensive or not, we do have freedom of speech in the USA.
