There is no perhaps, they had no beliefs in ANY deity, muchless God who created them. They had no crime, no sexual disfunctions, no tribal wars, all of which are definte signs of Consciousness.

Is such certainty warranted? You list features they lack, yet those features
wouldn't leave 'footprints' for us to see. So it is at least indeterminate.
Cave man sex....now we know it happened.

That reminds me of an old joke. Why do cave men drag women by their hair?
The answer is so revolting, that it would get me banned.

.

Their lack IS the footprint, and it is you who cannot see them. I see those footprints loud and clear, as I can see the footprints that God leaves which helps me to determine his existence.

Peace.

How do your god's footprints make those cavemen so non-conscious & uncivilized?
Are they the cause behind mankind's current hebetude & failures?

Its not " My God", its " The God", the God I believe in and do not know.

Let me tell you something reasonable; Your Consciousness will tell you who is unconscious and what is not Conscious. We can only be Conscious of, those things we are Conscious of. It is very simple to deduce, God made all things, Cavemen had no Consciousness, thus we can deduce correctly that he gave them none, using our own Consciousness to deduce that.

Your Consciousness inspires you to do what you have done in life, cavemen didNOT do what you have done. You did it, BECAUSE you are Conscious, they didNOT because they were not.

Its just as simple as that.

Peace.

I don't see the logic in your argument. But I'll agree to disagree.

Understood, seeing leads to believing, thats why I believe, because I can see it. If I were not Conscious of it, I couldnot believe it. Atheist are not Conscious of God, thats WHY they do not believe it, they can't see it. I am not Conscious of Eternal hell suffering, because I do not see it being real.

So I dissagre with it.

So I understand your dissagreement.

Peace.

Mickiel,

Without sounding negative how many philosophy courses have you taken in your lifetime? Any anthropology in college?

I'm trying to see how familiar you are with the past and current academic literature before going any further. If you don't have a grasp on the fundamentals of philosophical and anthropological inquiry, which delve into the same questions you are asking, your ideas aren't going to fly. Try launching your search from a better angle.

You have made a mistake in judgement, I am asking no questions, and have asked for no advice from anyone. And I will continue on my present course.

Peace.

You haven't answered my question.

And if you aren't asking questions even to yourself, I don't know what you're doing. I wish I was omniscient. We all do at some point.

I already know that you don't know what I am doing. I feel no need to give you a rundown of where and what I have studied, those things mean nothing to me. If you seek a list of someones academics, go ask those who have made claims to have them.

I have made no such claims.

Peace.

mickiel, i agree wih the first part of your quote, but they did have crime, even though there were no laws, there was the law of nature. also "tribal wars", they had their own groups (clans), that fought with each other over women, food, hunting areas, etc. they had consciosness, but it was instinctive, just as the other animals, all living the laws of nature. only the strong survived

Well I don't think they had crime, because the results of crime brings a definte " Historical Crippling that we could trace." They lived an awful long time, and I think in relative peace. Lack of Peace is a definte " Sign of Consciousness", it indeed comes with human consciousness, untrained Consciousness. When our minds experience a lack of Peace, that is comming from our Consciousness, while it is being affected by ourselves and others around us. This delima is explosive and can spread quickly, this is one of the root causes of War, human Consciousness.

And I want to go into that.

Peace.

Well they did those things, but only in the sense that animals do them. Is it a crime for one animal to steal food from another, or kill each other? No it is not. Because animals have no Consciousness and they cannot be convicted in a court for doing what their instincts tell them to do, neither can Primordal man, their stealing and killing was not a crime.

Peace.

That's all I wanted to know. Thanks.

Well I understand, and I knew where your mind wanted to go with your inquiry. But seeing your present aittitude, this latest response from you, it is something I honor.

My education is as follows;

High school graduate. 4 years of college, 3 at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, which I studied Religion and Plastics. 1 Year in the Air Force School, which I received a certificate in Inventory Management. 1 Year in Landscaping and Tree Trimming at Davey School, which led me to trimming trees as a tree climer for 23 years. That is all of my formal education. I study only two books with passion, the bible ( The New Scofield study bible) and an old websters Encyclopedic dictionary.

Peace.

There's your problem - 3 years at WMU in Kazoo. That's not college...it's day care.

Just kidding! (I went to UofM)

I recommend studying more than 2 books though.
