(I've ignored the word divine, since that's just a weighted adjective anyway.)

So, to answer the question of whether or not any part of any holy book could have been written by a deity, the answer is no.

I have a follow-up question for you:
Could any part of any holy book have been written by "Magic Space Wizards Who Smoke Hash" ?

I imagine your answer is going to be the same as mine...

Could be, but I expect if a deity really had something to say, she'd back up her words with some supporting evidence, to establish her bona fides and distinguish Her message from the thousands of other claims.

Exactly.
Holy is a human thing.
Nothing to do with God. That includes the Bible.

A ''holy'' book, is deemed such when it is considered holy or divine by the adherents. Thusly, someone could worship a 'god' or deity, even though I might think it is fictional, etc. It's descriptive, not meaning you have to accept the literal definition to use the words or concepts.
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy is therefore my holy book. Does that make Douglas Adams a deity? All power to the towel

Anything is possible, but is it probable? Seeing how we have never seen any tangible evidence for the existence of a deity or divine other than human constructs of their perceived deity, I'd have so say the probability of this an outstanding no.

I doubt it.

Why would a God transmit such rubbish - that people can't even agree on the meaning?

Doesn't make much sense.

In the Bible - why would a God be so petty as to kill millions of innocent, - for the supposed crimes of a few?

Why would a God say to kill other tribes and steal their land, - and rape their women, - and take sex slaves???

In the New Testament - why would a God that is against Pagan sacrifice, - sacrifice himself, - to himself, - when as a God he can't actually die???

Holy books are written by mankind.
