I agree that it would be an interesting challange.

This is all hypothetical, but the only reason this couldn't work is if there is a non-material "force" that animates species and gives them life such as a "soul" or a form of consciousness. As a materialist, I would discount that possibility because I believe all forms of consciousness originate from matter organised in the brain. That is controversial and widely disputed for scientific and philosophical reasons. I think Abrahamic religion say only humans have souls (being made in gods image). So if that were true, it would only exclude humans.

Again- this is all "hypothetical", but I hope that answers your question.

I have another answser,If I am atheist I would said "the nature" defeat us in this issue

Well revelent atoms would be nessessary first. I think it has to do with the atomic shell and compatibility of one atom with another producing those molecules that forms the basis of DNA and starts replication. If life started over again, it's likely that new form will emerge in an altered enviroment since the fly itself didn't fare to well.

Let's imagine that all species and plants are die for any reason,only you lucky one to live
and you can live forever.

I'm not sure how that is 'lucky'...!!

and supposing your first mission is creat a living fly insect (male and female), how much time you will take to creat a two living fly(male and female), and how,why the humans now could not ?

Who gave me the mission?
Why flies?
Humans now cant live forever, so I'm assuming whomever set the mission gave me magical powers, right?? I'd just use those.

Nature can inly defeat our efforts if our knowledge and technology are inadequate to reproduce a natural pheneomena. I think It is only if there is something "non-physical" at work that we cannot replicate that there is a problem.

Of course there is energy. Our nervous system requires pulses and signals in order to function. We use electricity to start hearts and register on monitors... No energy no life.

As for cars and such, it's not organic, so it's not going to replicate much less procreate more cars.

To make flys in a lab, you collect eggs and hatch maggots until they pupate into flys.
