Once again the "Roe" of Roe v. Wade is turned away in her quest to overturn legalized abortion.

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear Norma McCorvey's appeal to overturn Roe v. Wade, but pro-life activists are vowing to fight on until the Court ends abortion in the United States.

McCorvey was "Jane Roe" in the original case that legalized abortion in 1973. The justices declined to hear this latest case, without comment.
