I still don't get it. There are a large number of people actively working to create a distribute this stuff, and more watching the outcomes to determine things like efficacy and after-effects to the population. It's in the works. What more can you demand? "Do it faster?" It's simply a privilege to live in an era when these things are even plausible. Someone's working on it, and they have obviously done a much better job than would have gotten done without them, that's for sure. What's the US population? Isn't it around 365 million? 3 million is a slow start in that case.
As much as anyone may feel entitled to a vaccine, that sentiment truly means absolutely nothing. The time to be grateful is here at hand... and instead people find cause to moan, whine and complain. Get over yourselves, please. Understand that we're damn lucky is what we are. Lucky there are even people who know how to create a vaccine. Lucky that people are laboring on everyone else's behalf day in and day out. Without them, I know I wouldn't have come up with any sort of solution. My plan would have had to be either lock myself up for as long as possible and hope for the best, or let it all fly and whoever dies, dies. That's what you face without the privilege of having people "in-the-know" who are willing to devote time from their own lives to this type of benefit. Who would you be complaining it if there were no one doing that work?
