Creationist Edgar Postrado Discusses Intelligent Design

Rational Agnostic

Well-Known Member
Here is the self-proclaimed "scientist" Edgar Postrado discussing his new "discovery" of intelligence. Dude thinks he disproved evolution by dropping seven eggs onto sheets of paper and recording whether the eggs fell through the paper. He also claims that he's the only one in the world who understands science, and claims to be a genius at mathematics and engineering, while admitting he doesn't even know the derivative of x squared. What can I say? This is what you have to expect from a creationist......enjoy!

There's no way this guy has a civil engineering degree. It actually takes brains to get a degree like that. "Bible Ministry" is another matter.

If you're making a joke, I don't understand the joke. In any case, my point is that a Civil Engineering degree is a respectable degree, and is applicable in the real world (I doubt this Postrado guy actually has one). A "Bible Ministries" "degree" (if you can call it that) is unimpressive to me.

Better degrees were probably found in a box of Cracker Jacks.

There is no problem being civil engineer or studying civil engineering course.

I think Skwim was referring to the Bachelor being more “entry level” degree.

The Masters and PhD being more “advanced”, where students are doing more intense “further studies”.

There is no problem of having only bachelors.

Because I had changed career path, I only have bachelors, no masters, no doctorate...

...plus I was in financial strifes, so I couldn’t afford doing master in either occasions. Each time I had graduated, I had to look for works, so doing further studies weren’t the options.
