The more I debate with creationists and theists about a deity, the more convinced I am that god is nothing more than an ignorantly stupid and immoral punk.

I'm thinking I might make a thread about faith. Even many bible believers really don't understand the faith described in the bible -and many don't have the sort of faith which would cause them to act upon it in various situations -but the other-than-scientific definitely has no place in a science class.

On the subject..... Evolution is not a religion, but anything can be used to further -or in support of -something which is similar to a religion.
