Creationist evidence...

This should suffice as evidence for creationism and I'm sure you can test this. If you get a human glove and try to fit it on a gorilla hand it will not fit.

Therefore.

Imagine a puddle waking up one morning and thinking, "This is an interesting world I find myself in — an interesting hole I find myself in — fits me rather neatly, doesn't it? In fact it fits me staggeringly well, must have been made to have me in it!" This is such a powerful idea that as the sun rises in the sky and the air heats up and as, gradually, the puddle gets smaller and smaller, it's still frantically hanging on to the notion that everything's going to be alright, because this world was meant to have him in it, was built to have him in it; so the moment he disappears catches him rather by surprise.

uote=Dan4reason;2564789]I see, so God does not always do bad things to you when you sin, he just lets them happen to you. Does that include bad things that are unlucky (e.g. you find someone scraped your car with a key)? [/quote]
Humans cannot understand God, but God says people are all equal for him even though it doesn't sound real for us. A beleiver and a non beleiver at birth were both equal, but God have the greatest wisdom, and know who deserve to be shown the path so no matter what i say not everyone will beleive it's God who decides it. And people shouldn't compare with others or do what others do, each person should see if God gave him a chance to be successeful in life, what sins he made so that God sent him that certain suffery etc.. and it does make sense for every human being looking at his own life. But I can't judge why Japan gets striked by earthquakes and not another country, but each person knows his life is balanced.

The lowest point on earth is the Mariana Trench in the Pacific ocean.
The Qur'an was pointing to the lowest region in earth terrain, not water terrain

Where does it say that in the Koran?
surat Al-Tarek is a short chapter in Qur'an around 6 lines, you can read it in any online english Qur'an

My uncle said that 666 stands for the United States Dollar. Notice that each word had six letters. This sort of conspiracy theory reasoning makes more sense in movies such as the Da Vinchi Code and National Treasure than in real life.

There is evidence that Nero was the anti-Christ: the Greek spelling, "Nerōn Kaisar", transliterates into Aramaic as "נרון קסר", nrwn qsr. The Aramaic spelling is attested in a scroll from Murabba'at dated to "the second year of emperor Nero."
We find each of the letters has a value (e.g. o has the value 60). Adding them up, you get 666.

The pope wears the letters Vicarius Filii Dei. Using gematria, these letters add up to 666. Muhammed's name also comes to 666 using gematria.

It doesn't seem as if deriving miracles from generating weird algorithms works very well. A real prophecy is direct not indirect. If Muhammed said the percent of the earth's surface that is land is 70.8%, that would count. This strange word counting algorithm is just too indirect.

Idk why it wouldn't count, what are the odds that one person knows how much the earth and water are in % ? it's simply a miracle from God and I dont need to compare that to any other algorithmic things, this one is in the book of God and makes perfect sense, just count the words and convert to % and ull get the exact scientific %... it's just miraculous and for a person to beleive they don't need 1000 proof, all they need is 1 and even NONE... When I was an atheist, and got the invitation to join Islam, I asked what if Islam wasn't real? and where's ur proof? I was answered that it's simply an invitation to join heaven and have a good life in exchange of worshipping God and Islam will change your life for the better. When I became a muslim, then I learned more about Qur'an miracles but it was after I chose to get close to God and not before.. every human being should take 1 step towards God and see what he gets, his greateness don't seek people but people should seek him, and God test people and not people test God.. if some don't want to beleive or have faith then it's same for me as someone offering me a cup of water, and I reject it.

Tall buildings are always being constructed throughout the millenia, so prophecy would have come true even if it was a guess. Plus it can count as a self-fulfilling prophecy. The Arabs saw that prophecy, so they fulfilled it themselves.

Not much of a prophecy. Far too vague. If the Koran has given the exact names of the some tall buildings, or their heights, or their appearances, that would have been better.
Yea you can say it's not accurate, but it's things that came true

Actually farmers and sheep herders in the middle east are still pretty poor. The oil people got rich though.
well the oil people mostly were farmers in the arabian gulf countries before oil was discovered

There is an excuse to refuse such an offer. If you don't believe in Islam, then you probably won't be praying to a God you don't believe in.

Actually faith has very much to do with proof. Faith is another word for trust.

Trust is always earned, never given. ~ R. Wiliams

Faith comes when a source proves itself credible. You just don't give faith to the Koran. The Koran must earn that faith.
You see that's what human ego leads them to.. as I said it's humans who should seek God and not the other way, and one of the Hadith of the prophet that who takes a step towards God, God takes 10 step towards him, and who come to God walking, God come to him runing. So what I first said, that yes I want God's mercy if he is there, I want him to forgive my sins, I want to enter his heaven. After I started praying even with very little faith I had, it was just like a magnet, there was something pulling me towards God all the time and right now my faith is strong.
Science doesn't answer where life came from, and won't be able to. But here's a book from God who is so clear and miraculous, and telling you that God made life, aslong as I don't have a better alternative and there won't be a better one, why should I refuse that invitation and leave it to odds ? the Qur'an was the last book that came to humanity after the gospel and thorat and many many other books that current human don't know about. It's so wrong to say no when your choosing to beleive in nothing instead of taking that chance and see where it would lead to.

The reason people feel strong emotions to god is that God is a simulation. People are simulating God in their minds and emotionally interacting with this simulation. Christians have the same experience you do, yet their religion is false. Remember that emotions are only emotions, and are not supernatural. The fact that you feel a specific emotion does not mean its supernatural. It only means you are emotionally reacting to a specific kind of simulated experience.
Well this disprove nothing, because nobody can prove anything. What if we don't exist ? what if this world is a fake, and w're being tested by aliens who created this world for us ? there's always that chance! However, why should I not choose what seems right to do ? Why should I not folow the best options in life, and that's having faith, do the best I can, good deeds, worship God instead of dying and have nothing for backup ? I know it might seem like if im doubting my faith, but it's not. Im just telling you an idea to make you see my point.

Evolution is anything but coincidence, because it is directed by natural selection. The path of evolution is not based on chance but on a selective process. Today's life forms did not come about through intelligent design, or natural chance, it came about through natural design.
Whether something is a mistake or not depends on its purpose. Lets say I make a keyboard with complex circuits in order to type with. I make a slight mistake so it looses its function. But that does mean it looses all function. I can still use it to hammer nails. So what happened to that hemeoglobin pseudogene was a mistake that took away its original coding function. However, evolution can give this gene another function.
It is not likely that humans and apes would share this exact pseudogene with the exact mistakes (in the context of creating hemoglobin) without inheriting this gene from a common ancestor. Else you will have to postulate that humans and the other primates were sepearately created and had the same mutations at the same location after that creation. The odds against this happening is astronomical.
Here is an article with more details on this pseudogene.
The Changing Face of Pseudogenes
Thx for the great informations, well I beleive nature design came from somewhere, and that's from God but everyone is free to beleive what they want of course.
So logic was kept in the inheritance of those pseudogenes to humans, which makes sense for me since God created everything with logic in order for human's to understand and improve their science and knowledge and learn the wisdoms from nature. So doesn't contradicts creationism.

Well my dear friend, I think we took a while replying to each other.. but there's just something I want to say. Well If I didn't know that God exists from the bottom of my heart I wouldn't have bothered replying to this thread or dig anything, but it's wrong when someone gives you his hand to help you out to reject it. My story is I was invited to go through a door of mercy, and a better life, and because it is the best choice I could have do in life I accepted it and never looked back. I really can't tell you more but every human should take one step towards God in an honest heart and see if he's there and that's all.

DUH!!

what if this world is a fake

gIf you go jump off a bridge and listen for the splat! only then will you find your answer when reality jumps up and grabs you.

and w're being tested by aliens who created this world for us ?

well there is zero evidence for this as there is a mountain of evidence of how we all evolved from a common ancestor

Whatever science proved there is still a chance that nothing of it is real... It's philosophy and not an opinion..

is this some sort of LIE??

sources for this bull pucky please
I suspect it is nothing more than a sad attempt to drag science down to the same level as religion.

However, I do allow for the possibility that it is just extremely poorly worded.

It's the last refuge of the creationist. When they can't directly address (let alone refute) the data, they resort to "Well, our entire reality could just be an illusion", never realizing that if true, it also negates the religion they've devoted their entire lives to.

Seems to be the last refuge for spiritualists as well.

the source is me, and it's pretty obvious everything can be a lie there is a slight chance that it is. But even with that on mind, the goal is to choose the best options in life instead of going to the worse
