I've always thought Chewbacca was huge yet adorable.

Definitely and without any competition Toothless. The depth of my fandom can be measured in that I actually bought a plushie of him when I saw one. As a cat owner I salute the animators, they did an absolutely wonderful job in transferring the very essence of catness into a dragon. The images don't really do him justice, because what makes him cute isn't just the looks, it's his display of personality in the way he moves and reacts with facial expressions.
