Though advisers, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, have cautioned many times that more data is needed on the drug, hydroxychloroquine, Trump, in a White House briefing, went so far as to urge patients to take it.

It's not me, having a problem prescribing "unproven drugs"
Usually it's plenty of other RF'ers making such a fuzz about it

You believe what CDC which is governed by Trump is putting out. Not me. I believe the CDC a bit more than I believe China but Trump fires anyone who won't toe his line.

Seems like there is some evidence it could be effective, enough to warrant it being used to treat people.

Not sure of telling people to take it is the right thing though if it leads to supply issue, hoarding, etc. Would guess you want to stockpile enough for those in need first, before creating a run on it.

He needs to be arrested for this. Anyone else does it amd its potentially a very serious problem.

Not sure of telling people to take it is the right thing though if it leads to supply issue, hoarding, etc.

In general it is very dangerous to tell people to just start taking meds, especially for unproven off-label uses. I'd be barred from licensure, fined, and possibly jailed if I did that.

Personally, I can't believe USA is controlled by Trump...there must be some "smart" guys at the top...using Trump for their personal agenda
But who is the greatest fool: Trump or the ones voting for Trump to become president?
