So I havn''t written in this for a bit and have too many things to say. First place 'tired of waiting to get into physical therapy. I think this nursing home wants to keep me sick so they can get my money. I tried to transfer but it didn't work out. So a few days ago I did something the therapist said I wasn't able to do.

I was able to throw my legs over the side and sit all the way up hooray! I'm gonna do it some more. I'm also on my food plan for 4 days. When I drop some of this weight I will try to back to therapy, if they say no even though I'm sitting up on my bed by myself, I will call my patient ombudsman or APS.

I just saw an episode of Weight Of A Nation, that series was made probably 12 years ago. They claim that for a person who loses weight it takes 12 to 1500 calorie to maintain the weight loss and 1800 for a normal person. This is unfair and makes it hard for the person who loses weight they claim.
I disagree, first place if I eat 1800 calories a day at 257 pounds I will lose weight. It takes about 2200 calories a day to maintain my weight.

Also believe I can a lot of food on 1500 calories, it satisfies me so I don't believe its unfair.
