David Godman has written 16 books about Sri Ramana Maharshi, the most important and most famous being "Be As You Are', published by Penguin. Mr Godman, born in 1953 in England, was studying in Oxford when he was called upon to write extensively on Indian Advait masters. He has been a divine instrument for the last 50 years and he still is. This is my small tribute to this selfless writer.
Below is a short video wherein David himself narrates how he came to be what he is.

Nice. But why be tied down to personalities? Ramana, Buddha or Sankara?
(Yeah, I do not listen to videos because of my hearing problem)
IMHO, Brahman can mostly be precisely described in words, though a few details need explanation.
We should not try to make Brahman into a mystery. :)
