My father died when he was 62 years old and like him I smoked cigarettes for 30 years but I was fortunate enough to quit in March of 2022. I’ve also cut down on added sugar which was easily over 100 grams daily for most of my life. I’ve done damage to my heart, but I have accepted it and I hope that I live to a ripe old age because I love life.
Anyway, scholars estimate Jesus was 33 at his death and I wonder if this was God’s way of letting us know that existence will end around 2033. (I hope not) I don’t know when death will come but there’s nothing I can do to stop it. Someone here made a thread about a year ago wondering the same thing but I thought about it long before.
