We are wont to demand evidence, any evidence will do it just needs to be reliable. Just turns out there isn't any.

But such a demand is ridiculous. Why? Because God is universal mind or consciousness and mind or consciousness cannot be objectively measured or observed; it can only be inferred. In fact, there is no scientific evidence that human consciousness even exists.

If you want to claim something as major as the existence of a deity as a fact then you had better be able to provide scientific evidence that backs up your claim.

I'm looking for verifiable evidence for change of kind, for example Ape to Human, we don't see that in the fossil record or anywhere because it never happened.

You will never see a transition between apes and humans because humans are still (great) apes.
