Please advise what is a Liberal and a Conservative. If possible state your country and detail in plain English.

I think that's an oversimplification as there is both on each side. In turn they belong to a 'coccus' which identifies the differences, making it at times next to impossible to pass legislation agreed to by the party as whole. It is the reason that two previous Speakers resigned.

Liberalism and conservatism have very little to do with republicans and democrats in the U.S., anymore. The democrats are mostly conservatives and the republicans have gone completely around to the dark side; to embrace fascism. The democrats are trying to preserve what's left of our tattered democracy while the republicans are actively trying to tear it apart and rebuild it so that they get to be in total and perpetual control. They hate any government that demands they compromise with those who disagree with them, so they don't care if they have to destroy it to get what they want. This is radical nihilism, not conservatism.

Born in the US.
Conservative is less government oversight/intrusion.
Liberal is greater government oversight/intrusion.

Democrat/Republican seem to me both self interested parties which will expand/use government in whatever way that will support their power.
Republicans use more religious orientated propaganda to attract blocks of voters.
Democrats use more identity politics to attract blocks of voters.

In the US, it's fairly simple.

Each one is a team of right-wing authoritarians; they just have different branding. Liberals brand themselves as the team for marginalized people, despite undermining any movement that would actually help them, and the other brands itself as the choice for the working class, despite largely benefiting their abusive employers.

Both are funded by wealthy special interest groups who lobby for changes that progressively benefit the wealthy elite, contributing to an ever-increasing class division. The representatives of both teams tend to get along with one another behind closed doors, even switching teams for often arbitrary reasons.

It's all a pony show.

Political commenters can be equally nut jobs with nutty assessments.

Just overall generalizing. Nothing specific.

The oil conglomerates. The insurance conglomerates. The pharmaceutical conglomerates. The health care conglomerates. The communications conglomerates. The transportation conglomerates. The housing conglomerates. The agricultural conglomerates. ... And by conglomerates I mean business consortiums that pool their money and electoral influence to buy both access to and special consideration from lawmakers to further their their own commercial aims. And they buy off both parties so that it never matters who wins an election. They own the winner either way.

"Right" varies in definition too.
Sometimes it means economic liberty.
Other times it means authoritarian (which
can happen in leftish regimes too).

In Ameristan, there are general....
Perceptions (not always correct wrong) &
Tendencies (not always true of an individual).

Liberal: Big government, higher taxes, secular,
pro-LGBLT, pro-abortion, pro-illegal immigration,
pro-black.
Conservative: Small government, lower taxes,
theocratic Christian, anti-LGBLT, anti-abortion.
anti-illegal immigration, anti-black.

Notice the many problem between perceptions
& tendencies, eg...
Conservatives are thought of as "small government",
but they're also thought of as Republican...which
is a party that also pursues bigger government.
Conservatives are thought of as anti-LGBT, yet
many liberals have opposed gay marriage when
some conservatives favored it.

Liberal in the UK means middle of the road, certainly to the right of Labour
