Did Christianity spread in the first century Palestine?

We have the epistles of Apostles, namely Paul, to various churches across the Mediterranean.

The epistle of the Hebrews was to the Jewish Christians in Jerusalem. Corinthians to the Christians in Corinth, Romans to the Romans etc.

Nearing the end of the first century we have writings from an elder in Rome, Clement, who presided over a Christian community there. It is evident that by this point Christianity had spread very far, not least around Palestine.
