Did Trump Direct Jeanine Pirro to Violate the Gag Order for Him?

The prosecutors should subpoena her, put her under oath, and ask her if Trump asked her to say these things. Wonder if the judge could do this on his own?
At the end of the testimony today, criminal defendant Donald Trump summoned Fox Host Jeanine Pirro over to speak with him privately as he was leaving the courtroom. That was reported by NYT's Maggie Haberman.
Several hours later, Trump directed his followers on Truth Social to tune in to specifically watch Jeanine Pirro on Sean Hannity's show. He didn't promote any other show to watch tonight. He didn't promote any other guest on Hannity's show. He specifically directed people to watch only Pirro on Hannity tonight. Why?
When Pirro went on Hannity two hours after Trump's post, she spent the entire interview making comments that would violate the gag order if Trump, one of his attorneys, or one of his official representatives said them.
Pirro then committed what would be gag order violations by attacking Michael Cohen and talking about the jury. She even said that a federal judge found that he was a "serial liar" which would be an especially egregious violation that would likely put Trump in jail if he said it. But he doesn't have to say it because Pirro is saying it for him.
Trump is specifically prohibited from "directing others" to make statements that would violate the order. So why did he want to speak to Pirro so badly after court, what did he tell her, and why did he specifically direct his social media followers to watch an interview where she spent the entirely of it making attacks that would violate the order?

I'd like to think he's finally gone too far, but unfortunately he keeps getting away with this sort of thing.

I read that he has one of various GOP "team players" in the courtroom every day. Perhaps they'll take the blame for encouraging this sly-as-a-FOX maneuver.

Too many are cowed by Trump.
The judge included.

I think Trump has got Alina Habba doing this for him on a regular basis. And she is a paid spokesperson for Donald Trump. We know he is directing her what to say.

When a person acts as one's agent, one is
liable for actions of that agent when acting
on a person's behalf. This is interesting.

Big whoop. The world is coming to an end.

The trial has maybe one more week, and the jury is holding tight. Trump is desperate. I'm sure he is in a panic.

I susepct Trump is doing two things here, 1 obeying the gag order by not saying anything himself, and 2 pushing up to the limits of the law and rules to see if the judge will lose his cool and be grounds for a mistrial or an appeal. It's all theater for Trump and MAGA, and the law needs to be patient and carry on.

The point is legality. Trump so far is being complient for the moment.

It dosent apply to what others say about things.

Judges normally already have negative patients for anything remotely viewed as insolence. Don't even roll your eyes or act funny, you'll just make them angry over the disrespect towards the court.
But Trump has gotten endless second chances and third amd fourth warnings.

Unless they're his agent, ie, acting on his behalf.
Why does Trump appeal to you so much?
His raw Godly sexual energy....his morality....his
piety....his eloquence....or his promise to purge
his enemies in politics & media if he wins?

I get sense you want justice, and so do I. I have listened to many legal experts discuss Trump and his behavior, and wy the judge is being so patient. It makes sense to me that Trump is trying to get a mistrial, and trying to get the judge riled up so he will lose his cool. Trump knows how to explaoit and manipulate people and the judge needs to maintan stability. So unless Trump does something that delibertately breaks the gag rule I think the judge will tollerate it.

I think it's notable that Trump is keeping his mouth shut, and enabling others. That is weak. The judge is in charge, and Trump knows it.

From what I have heard, the judge could make any jail time for contempt (gag order violations) effective at the end of the trial whether Trump wins or loses this trial.

If she was in the courtroom and not under a gag order, which the media isn’t, she is allowed to report on what happened.

Why would Trump need to direct her?
