Not that I disagree, but his comments about the extravagant church buildings would have sounded better if he wasn't sitting in his own mansion.

I don't quite see the similarity between the church and Pac here.

Its pretty blatant hypocrisy. He obviously isn't sheltering the homeless in his mansion and yet he demands the church do exactly that. Which is funny because a vast majority of homeless shelters are church-run. How many are 2pac-run? That's right, zero. In fact I'm having trouble finding any philanthropy whatsoever by him. Please point me to it if it exists.

That's because 2Pac made his money with his creativity, the Church are given money to make a difference. This is totally not the same, this is in fact the total opposite. He demands the church do that, and he is totally justified in that too. The Church are meant to be there to help society, Pac never took money under that premise.

The Church shouldn't have a mansion in the first place. The Vatican is a prime example of to me, what pure sin is. They have amassed such glorious quantities of wealth, are you telling me that they shouldn't be using EVERY SINGLE PENNY to help society?

Pac has no such responsibility to donate his money to homeless shelters. He earned his money, who is to tell him he cannot enjoy it?

I think he spoke a lot of truth. I've heard him talk about god before, I remember 2 Pac being pretty intelligent. He mentioned that is was not about religion it was about trying to be like who christ is, the karma of the person. His stuff is always deep but I can't relate to the violence stuff he talked about, saying that people are symbolically being crucified everyday, thats a harsh reality to deal with.

A direct quote from the video, "I believe god blesses those that hustle." Somehow this doesn't extend to the church which has been 'hustling' for thousands of years. The 'premise' by which we make money is unimportant. When we get more than we need, we should give. Period. Especially if we criticize others in this regard.

Did it ever occur to you that people (especially Catholics) LOVE to worship in gigantic opulent buildings? Don't you think they KNOW where their tithing goes? How stupid do you expect people are? You are right, though. I'm in no way supporting the Catholic church. The pope has 10 hats that look like they are worth the GDP of a small country each. What's the point of that when so many are starving. But I look at 2pac sitting on his leather couch in a fat mansion dripping with diamonds and I think the same exact thing. And for him to start leveling accusations at the church from that position is the very definition of hypocrisy. He's not wrong, he's just not putting his money where his mouth is. Just like every other celebrity that speaks like this. Easy to talk when any news organization in the world will stick a mic in your face. Not so easy to practice what you preach when the cameras are gone.

Pac has no such responsibility to donate his money to homeless shelters. He earned his money, who is to tell him he cannot enjoy it?

Yeah, no doubt. He has no obligation. But if you're going to bump your gums about the plight of the homeless and criticize others for not helping (when in fact they ARE) then you need to step up or shut up.

As a side note, how this man can call you a sucker to your face and you still respect him is beyond me.
